Payments will be 100% upfront for any commissions under $50.
For comms over $50, payments are done half upfront and half before final delivery. Depending on the complexity of the piece or ow much work needs to be done, this may change to the 2nd half at the halfway mark [Which would be set during initial discussions.]
I will give a breakdown of the pricing before the final confirmation and initial payment if any additional details have been added or discussed.AN ADDITIONAL FEE MAY BE APPLIED TO:

Major revisions can happen early during the work but there is a limit of 3 before fees are applied, but once the piece has reached 75% completion [Lineart is finished] I will only do minor revisions such as minor color adjustments.
If the piece is finished, I can still do very minor revisions if you reach out.

A deadline MUST be discussed before initial payment is made.
I won't provide an exact date for the delivery of the final piece as it will depend on the complexity of the piece, but it will still be within a reasonable timeframe based on Vgen's set time for the order type. [If you choose to make the comm through VGen].
Tighter/Hard deadlines will have a fee applied to them depending on how tight it is. (20% minimum)USEPersonal Use / Streaming
There are no extra fees for any sort of personal or non-profit use for streaming or content of any kind.*

Commercial use commission may cost x2-x3 of the original price depending on what they're being used for.

I keep a copy of all the artwork I make, for my portfolio and backup.
I hold all rights for all Artworks I've created and can freely sign/watermark said artwork.For any artwork with an NDA attached, the client will receive the full resolution piece without any major watermarks. (Small signature will stay)REFUNDS
No refunds once the piece reaches 50% completion. [Sketching phase is over]COMMUNICATION
Once I start with the piece you will receive updates on it whenever I am actively working on it. You'll get updates on start, sketching phase, lineart, and when I begin coloring, and receive WIPs for all of these except for coloring.Updates can sometimes be slow because I do have another job besides art, but I will do my best to keep up with updates once I've begun working on your piece.
